About the Project

We built this dynamic, bold site for Representative Jan Schakowsky (D – IL) who is a 5-term Congresswoman and serves in the House Democratic Leadership as Chief Deputy Whip. This website replaces her outdated site and allows her to interact with her constituency using a series of effective social networking tools. We also implemented use of Wired for Change’s Salsa software to manage her email list, produce email blasts, collect volunteers and perform fundraising.
